Our Professional Internship Programme has been thoughtfully structured to ensure that you gain an invaluable insight into life as a lawyer at the Maples Group. We make every effort to ensure that you are exposed to an interesting and diverse range of work. The Professional Internship Programme is our primary recruitment method for future trainees, providing an excellent platform for those interested in securing a training contract with us.
The programme has two intakes of four weeks each, during June and July. In 2021, we adapted our Internship Programme to take place on a fully virtual basis.
The programme included a mix of remote training; department, committee and global talks; various workshops, Q&A sessions and a number of social activities.
All internship placements in our programme are paid and offer you the opportunity to work alongside Partners, Associates and Trainees in one of our core practice areas - Corporate, Employment, Finance, Funds & Investment Management, Litigation, Property and Tax - for the duration of your internship.
